Spring on garage door broke and I phoned at 8.50am for an engineer to call. I had a call at 2pm and Myles arrived just after 3pm. He was a lovely, friendly chap and quickly diagnosed the problem and got on with the job. After trying out the door several times I was completely happy with everything.
